Go to Component > Podcast Suite, then click on the file name for an episode. Here you can enter a value for the iTunes Duration field.
mm : ss format is minute-minute : second-second format; in other words, 3:45 for three minutes and forty five seconds, or 24:32 for twenty-four minutes and 32 seconds. (the forum software screwed up my explanation in the previous post, sorry)
